Tractor Supply has their 35lb bags of Wild Bird Seed down to $9.99!
This is definitely not "top tier" bird seed. If you only have a few birds, then get the good stuff because they'll just throw this all out. This is for those of us who are going broke buying birdseed and need it in bulk.
If your backyard is like a soup kitchen for every homeless, hungry animal in the area, then we finally get a deal. This is the bottom of the barrel bird seed with all those dumb red seeds in there, and it has some twigs or straw or something in there too. But when you need volume, this is great.
As a comparison, the cheapest bird seed at Walmart is the 40lbs bags that are now $18.99...and they are just as bad. So I load up on this junk seed, then I add in some sunflower seeds, some cracked corn, and a little of the "good" seed and you've got a good mixture.
I easily go through at least 10lbs per day, so it's nice to finally get a deal on some seed. (but it's totally worth it to see all the animals eat it every day
