Very annoying and then we requested that they just send the cover piece or do partial warranty, but no, we had to get it all back fit into the box again and tape it all back up and carry the heavy box back out to the front steps and having it sit outside hopefully not getting stolen until they come and pick it up. Pain in the b*tt but, let's hope the replacement's fine... 🤞
edit: it's still sitting there nearly a week later on the front steps very large and very much in the way of our tight barrel and walk situation!
As far as how the mower worked, I have a flat yard. I cut them on very well and did a very good job of bagging much better than the toro gas mower I was replacing. One thing they gave me slight pause was when I got it, I charged the battery fully and then left it for about a month before I used it and the battery looks like it drained quite a bit over that period of time which I wasn't expecting.
