I have this with the WiFi gateway. It's a random Chinese brand. Phillips apparently sold their name or something.
Yeah, weird, looks like the app is even Philips branded, although made by "Shenzhen Conex Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd", and has terrible reviews on android (2.1) and bad recent reviews on ios (including a lot of 1 stars), and openly collects a lot of information.
That being said, if you did want to go with it and have Prime, looks like the version with wifi gateway is $30 more (vs $39 for gateway alone), if you're okay with silver colored.

Philips spun off their consumer smart home stuff into Signify a while back. They're the owners of the Philips Hue brand. It seems like that doesnt extend to locks, though it does for lights and cameras.
