I confirm that it works. You need to physically remove the back door to take the battery in and out in order to charge it. The gun provides constant string of water squirts. No complain.

I was just looking at these for $6 on Temu. It looked pretty cool. This one has 4 stars but it looks like it's a hijacked listing where most the ratings are for some other unrelated toys.
