Love my bedjet. If you like the feeling of air blowing across your legs, don't get the cloud sheet. It distributes/contains the airflow much more and sometimes I have to increase the fan speed just to stay cooler. However, I still enjoy the cloud sheets overall. They feel great on the skin and work amazing in winter.

I don't think I've noticed much change in my electricity bills. (In the winter) I usually only run Turbo Heat once before getting in bed and that's it. Other than that, I run it on 40-50% fan speed every night for 9 or 10 hours.

I've looked at these before and don't understand: are these basically just a blowing fan or actual air conditioning?
It's essentially a fan that can heat the air, or in cool mode moves air. There is no "air conditioning" as such, but even in "cooling" it makes a significant difference for the hot nights in California. When its in the real summer, it won't be enough and we'll still need the AC on. But it means I use it less and can use the BedJet with the dual cloud sheets so we don't argue about it as much Smilie

I had been looking at a Bed Jet for a long time, but I couldn't pull the trigger on any of the previous deals. The last time this deal came up, I finally bought it. Now that I have the Bed Jet, I am kicking myself for not purchasing it sooner on one of the lesser deals. My sleep has been amazing since I got it. Recently my AC was out for two days at it was upper 80's outside. This unit was the only reason I was able to get sleep, my room was 77 at night and I could barely tell. Normally my room is 70 or less and I will wake up sweating, I woke up dry.

Thank you. I've owned (and broke) a Chili Ooler and it would chill or heat the water. It worked but I was not happy that it crapped out & leaked after only a few years.

Here is from Bedjet on reddit.
BedJet is not an air conditioning unit, and our system does not contain a condenser or any coolant liquids. To keep price and energy draw as low as possible, BedJet uses convective cooling, which pulls the coolest air in the room from floor-level and sends it right into your sheets. This method is clinically proven to be extremely effective at pulling moisture out of your sheets to keep you cool and dry, while also being more cost-effective than cranking the HVAC in most situations (why cool/warm the whole house during the 8 hours you're asleep when all you care about is the temperature in your bed?). By adjusting their home thermostat to a more neutral temperature and using BedJet to make up the difference while they're sleeping, several owners have said their BedJet paid for itself in a year in energy bill savings.
Please note that in hot bedrooms reaching 78°F/26°C and higher, we do not recommend the BedJet as a complete replacement for zero air conditioning — The lowest possible setting of the BedJet will be dependent on the ambient temperature of the room, so in extremely hot rooms, the convective cooling may not feel as effective and we would typically recommend investing in an AC unit first if possible.

I just returned this thing. It was not worth 300$. I didn't have the special sheet though to put some context. I had it blowing under my regular thin sheet. I puffed up in the middle between my wife and I. So the side closest to the center got a little cooler. However underneath you is still hot and I highly doubt that their special sheet could do anything to resolve a 160lb person blocking the air. It might get some to the other side. So if you're looking to resolve your hot bed problem. This wasn't the solution for me.

We went all in on one for each of us with the cloud sheet and it's actually pretty great for us. She can be hotter then the surface of the sun and I can be sitting at like 75 degrees.

The sheet makes it honestly. It really should just be included with it

I've had one of these for a while now and while they're great for cold weather, it doesn't do much as far as cooling goes other than just blowing air. It keeps you nice and cozy though for the cold times of year!

This thread has so many different experiences and opinions & this is probably why I've never bought one before. Yeah I know it's full return in 60 days but still it's very YMMV in usage.

I think this is how most internet reviews tend to work. You usually get people who either love a product and leave glowing reviews, or people who hate it and go out of their way to make their opinion known. The people in the middle typically just move on.
My wife and I are personally fans. That being said, I would pay the discounted price again, but I wouldn't touch their website list prices or "sale prices" with a 10-foot pole.
While the sheet is, in my opinion, worth what I paid, I'm fortunate enough to afford it—but even then I was thinking, "Wow." You know that sheet probably costs about $5 to make, and they're selling it for $160. I got it on discount too and I held my noise to to buy it.

From what I've seen the discount on the cloud sheets is typically very minor. Like $20 off max.If you need another, it's not worth waiting around for a sale, imo. We make do with just one sheet, but a second would be nice.
My family and I have 3 BedJets so far so $20 off would be helpful. I mean that's what sites like slickdeals are for, right? If I was buying one I might not wait.

I purchased one in 2024. I didn't buy the sheet. I purchased a button duvet from Amazon. Works great and much cheaper. Nestl Mocha Brown Duvet Cover King Size - Soft Double Brushed King Duvet Cover Set, 3 Piece, with Button Closure, 1 Duvet Cover 104x90 inches and 2 Pillow Shams https://a.co/d/0bUmLt9M
Good to know that duet cover works. But it's microfiber. I wish it is cotton
