Just bought this a couple days ago, works on my pixel 10 pro xl with a spigen case on it, but it heats the phone up too much, does not reach full speed. I suspect it's the cases fault.

This Slickdeal seems to popup every week or two. Yes, this product does work. But it does heat up more than some of the more popular brands, which can throttle your charging speed. Also, 5000mAh isn't much with wireless charging, which is very inefficient compared to wired charging. 5000mAh will not wirelessly charge any modern smartphone from 0 to 100%. You'll be lucky to charge half way.
