Any helmet is better than no helmet and 100% is a reputable brand. Good for a backup or loaner in a pinch.

It doesn't have MIPS, but does have "Smartshock Rotational Protective System" which I would guess possibly might do the same thing.

so if there is one thing you don't want to take chances on, it's a no-name brand, no review, non-mips "helmet".
this is literally the opposite of a "low risk pickup". please take your riding safety seriously.

Bought a helmet and before it even shipped got notice this retailer was hacked and my data stolen. Fun times. Helmet did ship though.
