I dont see a major difference for 80$ the 3 pros are pretty good.

Buds 4 Pro has a bit better audio quality (subjective), dust resistance, and much better mics (and better ANC/ambient mode). I also hated the Buds 3 Pro case so this is easier to place the earbud back into. I don't think there's a ton of reason to upgrade from the 3 Pro if you already have it.
