Not bad as a second set, and if somewhat need it in a pinch, assuming you have a Milwaukee charger. I don't understand sets with tool and battery, but no charger. What's the use. I don't know how to hotwire one, haha. I think I got my set, with charger and hard case for $244, during Covid, needed one in a pinch myself, on Amazon, but seen same set for $249 at HD on occasion. I don't recommend Amazon for high brand tools. Though my M18 Fuel impact has never failed me, once I was driving a few lags installing a 27" monitor wall bracket, there was a bit of like brushed-motor like burn odor. I feel like with brand tools, the top assembly line products go to, using analogy, to the Nordstroms and Tiffanys, and the assembly line products where quality is acceptable for human use goes to the Amazons and discount stores. Or it could just be me being brainwashed by corporate and government greed, lol.

Good deal for a low end torque driver. I actually bought the mid torque one and it has been great! Thanks OP!

I got $33 original charger here https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B007PDBHBG?
It didn't come in original packaging but looks brand new.

This deal isn't hackable, but this one is the same price and is: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwa.../339037756
Buy the batteries and select the driver as the free tool. Then you can return the batteries.

Are they trying to clear out the 5.0's? Lots of tools are coming with 2 at the moment.
