These are great to have in the kitchen. Picked up some during the last sales a few years ago. Having these on hand makes me reach for these instead of abusing one of my knives when I need something cut/pried in the kitchen.

Got chicken juice all over it? Sanitizer cycle in the dishwasher. Yeah they are cheap and the pivots are crap and get rusty, but at this price, I don't have to care about it.

The mainstay scissors the other deal sucks. Fingers barely fit in the opening to scissor lol

In4four ... was at a BBQ last weekend and we were passing around one scissors LOL. These are even cheaper than the Dollar Tree scissors.

I got this the last time it was under a $1.. Used once. Handle broke trying to cut through a chicken bone and lodge nicely into my thumb. The metal of the scissors does not go very far into the plastic handle. For $1. and for normal use I think they'd be ok. I just wouldnt go nuts with them.

I have these exact shears, they are indeed very sharp, the metal is a bit thin and the plastic handles like to back out of their holding areas so I had to glue it back. But for under a dollar, you get what you pay for. And if you leave these out in the rain you're not going to cry...
