I read recently that a Walmart+ account is needed to use the Smart features of Vizio Televisions. I do not own this tv, so I'm not 100% sure.

I highly doubt that's true. Unless it is some premium offering you get free with Walmart+ like Peacock or Paramount plus. But those are subscription services, not everyday smart TV functions.

You simply need a Walmart account log in (like an Amazon account log in) you don't have to subscribe to Walmart+. Free to create a walmart log in if they do indeed require that.

Same with ROKU, you need a ROKU account to log into a roku TV.
