Also accepted the trials for 3mo Kindle Unlimited/Audible. Not that I'll use them, but that's nice.

I got the 8gb on the last S&D deal a few weeks/months ago. No discernible damage on front or back and it seemingly has no ads (if they are always on the lock screen, I haven't seen any ads yet). Probably YMMV. Though I've seen on other threads tricks for getting ads removed.
