From personal experice of using various cheap dashcams, its far better and worth to invest on a decent dashcam with a good sensor like sony starvis2, for getting useful videos that can actually be useful in an actual mishap rather than these ultra cheap dashcams claiming 1080p while just upscaling a vga 480p video etc. In an actual situation those extra $60 $70 (or less ... Like when pelsee p1 pro dual dashcam was on sale for just $50 multiple times in the past) will prove to be totally worth. In addition, this cheap camera also does not comes with any sd card so that is an additional investment (especially in todays times with inflated memory pricing). Totally not worth IMHO
