I live in a humid environment, not arid. Tight knit cotton is 100% worse in the afternoons when I use it for outdoor activities & hiking. It absorbs sweat AND humidity without drying as quickly as poly or poly blends (which I'ma big fan of otherwise). You ever heard the term "Cotton kills"?

Got the black one before, and it breathes great. Grabbing three for my dad to try out for Father's Day.

I dont know if you're in a humid environment, but doesn't the elastane make it stick or feel heavy when its wet? I've had that problem before unfortunately

These shirts are great I have a bunch. But beware they run large. I had to return and size down I looked like a rapper. I normally wear large I wear medium in these and they fit great.

so you need a shirt that doesn't stick and quick dry.

I normally wear a large. I bought one before and Amazon recommended I get large. Can confirm that it was huge. It wouldn't give me the option to exchange, so I had to return it. This time I'll try medium (although Amazon continues to suggest large).

These go on sale for this price with a coupon code every few weeks. I bought a few of these shirts during sales and I'm very happy with them. Many have said that they run a size large but I don't think they are quite that big. Beware: once the seller sent me the wrong size and I didn't notice it until I removed the tags and washed it. They still exchanged it for the right size however.

Why the sudden rise of UV blocking shirts? I'm not Joe outdoors, but I can't recall ever getting tanned through a shirt, let alone sunburned.
