Great for physical therapy

Community Reviews

This resistance band set stands out as a very low cost home workout and rehab kit, with five bands, handles, ankle straps, a door anchor, and a storage bag. The ankle straps and band variety make it useful for shoulder rehab and physical therapy style exercises, including lighter movements like lateral raises. Resistance builds as the bands stretch, so extra tension may require doubling or tripling them. The main caution is durability and build feel, since the set is described as thin and cheap, with checkout and order confirmation glitches reported. A budget pick if the included accessories matter most.

When I placed the order I got an error message saying to check the account to see if the order went through but I didn't create an account. The payment went through so hopefully I get it.

I get an error as well. I think my bank is rejecting it.

It was hard to resist those bands. Got one through their app with a new account, and it came to $4.99 in total.

Was coming here to say that. Also if you have any ongoing shoulder issues these are a great option to add to ongoing rehab/PT. Did a PRP shot in each shoulder to try to avoid rotator cuff surgery (I had partial tears on both sides). Same time, went to band-only lifts for ~8 weeks. Shoulders feel pretty good, and I've kept just these bands for any lateral raises to avoid future injuries (heavy dumbbell raises seemed to trigger the pain).

May have to double/triple is you want more resistance, I have a similar set I really like that goes up to "70 lb" but who really knows bc the resistance on these increases as they stretch. Pretty great deal though
