Was coming here to say that. Also if you have any ongoing shoulder issues these are a great option to add to ongoing rehab/PT. Did a PRP shot in each shoulder to try to avoid rotator cuff surgery (I had partial tears on both sides). Same time, went to band-only lifts for ~8 weeks. Shoulders feel pretty good, and I've kept just these bands for any lateral raises to avoid future injuries (heavy dumbbell raises seemed to trigger the pain).

May have to double/triple is you want more resistance, I have a similar set I really like that goes up to "70 lb" but who really knows bc the resistance on these increases as they stretch. Pretty great deal though
