Update: Got it to work. Had to remove the other item from my card, apply the coupon, then I could re-add it. Very strange.

HISZXQIS still seems to work. Sometimes it can take a few tries for Amazon to accept codes
It's on the bigger side, but light output is great. Feels sturdy enough. LCD % display is super helpful. Again not the best flashlight in the world, but for $5, you're kind of buying the battery and the flashlight is free.
