It definitely can play a lot of games at 1080p, the 7840hs is very similar to the z1e which is used in a lot of handheld pcs.

Yes. The GPU is 60% faster than Steam Deck and is RDNA 3.0 vs RDNA 2.0, so also newer technology. The Steam Deck sets a good baseline for low end gaming.

So it's very good for 720p / 1080p gaming. It's a popular GPU in handheld gaming PCs like the ASUS ROG Ally or Lenovo Legion Go.

Rocket League should run at 1080p 60fps. Fortnite probably close to that as well depending on the settings.
