This has been on sale for months, and after owning it, I can see why it appeals to some people. Just understand what you're buying.

The fabric is very thin and offers virtually no warmth. Like many 32 Degrees garments, it uses lighter, less dense materials, and this piece is no exception. This is primarily a style piece rather than a functional cold-weather garment. You can wear it late spring, but no good in fall/ winter on its own.

That said, it looks great—especially in black. The black version has a subtle two-tone appearance, with the upper chest area slightly lighter than the rest, which gives it a modern and stylish look. In my opinion, black is the only color worth considering for the best appearance.

Keep in mind that Kenneth Cole clothing generally runs fitted rather than loose or baggy. You're wearing this for a contemporary, tailored look. Your normal size should fit comfortably over a lightweight T-shirt, thermal, or long-sleeve spring/summer shirt. If you plan to wear it over a thicker sweatshirt, sweater, or hoodie, I would recommend sizing up.

I own it in two sizes for exactly that reason—one for layering over thinner shirts and another for wearing over thicker sweatshirts and sweaters. Fortunately, the fabric has plenty of stretch, so even a snug fit remains comfortable.

Overall, I like it. Just don't buy it expecting warmth, insulation, or winter performance. Buy it for style, fit, and a modern look. If that's what you're after, it's a good purchase.

One final note: my review is based entirely on the black color. Other colors may look and feel different, but for style alone, I'd stick with black. Only caveat, most KC clothing especially like this one may not be for average North American dude on streets nowadays today.

I bought this as a midlayer, to wear over a thin T-shirt baselayer and under a wind layer or heavier outer layer. I'd only wear it as an outer layer when the temps are 50-65F. Does that sound about right?
