Got a pair of these recently and one showed up with a large jagged crack right in the middle of the bottom; kind of a pain to return/exchange too, versus dealing with Amazon.

This price is for 2 storage bins! I just received my shipment today, the listing looks a bit confusing, but it's definitely two bins included in this price. I love that they have handles and wheels.

Don't think so. It's sturdy enough for in-home use, and maybe even for like moving things during a move, but it's not intended for uses where it will be subject to the weather, being strapped down, etc. It's what I would describe as medium weight.
