Great tool for those already in the Ego ecosystem, cuts like butter. I also paid 100 for a refurb and thought it was well worth the price, for 100 new it's a steal. If you don't already have batteries it's probably not worth it.

Does it have a rotating handle?

The 26" does look like it has rotating handle and comes with a battery and charger for $199
