Paid 419 for it at launch, official website includes tax so aliexpress comes out to match the current website price for me

Great printer though, the ace 2 pro just doesn't play well with polymaker spools

Positively. Full ACE system rather than AMS light so you get drying up to 65c and better feeding. Kobra X has lower purge/waste consumption and faster times for the same print. Bambu A1 has history of starting fires with their temp probes malfunctioning as well.
