Lenovo is cheaper.
Lenovo has a better track record than Onn...
Lenovo is significantly more powerful than the Onn 13.2 tablet.
Lenovo Tab Pro isn't getting any more Android upgrades and tops out at Android 16 (current Android released), but gets 4 years of Security Updates, through 2029.
Lenovo pen is pressure sensitive. Onn is not, from the reviews that I've seen.
Can't see about the Onn tablet Android upgrades or how long it will receive security updates... 🤷 ♂️

144hz vs 60hz. Same nits. 3k vs 2k 12.7" vs
Funny.... Cause my phone is pixel 8 pro and I also have a sd elite in my tablet. AND I feel the difference in speed all the time, at the same time I want to keep my phone for another year. And my tablet does 1600 nits. And I am not talking about gaming

Almost everything you said I must question.
First of all, you call the Onn snappier after you delete the little amount of Walmart bloatware. I eliminated the small amount (I am sure it is more) bloatware that came with the Lenovo. But the Onn CAN NOT BE SNAPPIER in real life. Even if you have some bloatware left on the Lenovo... it is still SNAPPER, FASTER then the Onn it also has a much better GPU then the Onn.
Now you are saying that a 13.2" 2:3 aspect ratio is MUCH lighter then the 12.7" 16:10 aspect ratio. So the Onn is a MUCH bigger tablet and you claim it is MUCH lighter... AND I CALL OUT THIS BULLSHIT. Do you want me to post the actual weight of both tablets... you are right about one thing, one tablet is MUCH lighter then the other... do you want to guess which one is lighter... I will give you a hint, it is the SMALLER TABLET IS LIGHTER!!!
The Onn 13.2" weights 693 grams (2.12lbs) and the Lenovo Tab Pro 12.7" weighs 620g (1.37lbs).
So the Onn does have a larger brighter display (100 nits brighter) but even though it is larger display it's resolution is smaller. The Onn is 2.5K resolution and the Lenovo is 3k resolution... so the Lenovo screen is more sharper image. Now lets talk about refresh rate... the Lenovo Tab Pro has a higher refresh rate so the screen will be smoother. I am not convinced that the Onn screen is better.
OK... so the Onn has double the hard drive space which to me is a BIG DEAL. But I can make 128GB work. If you would get the Lenovo Tab Pro with 256GB hard drive then the hard drive technology goes from USF 3.1 to USF 4.0. Onn is USF 3.1.
And the best part of the Onn is that it can act as a second monitor... but you need to need it. Not many people looking for a tablet/monitor combo.
I feel the Lenovo Tab Pro is the MUCH better tablet. And yes... the only concern.. the biggest concern is the lack of security updates. I would manually make sure every 4 -6 months that google system is up to date and so is your browser and use Ublock Origin addon... that means your browswer will be firefox and ublock origin.. I would do this for every android tablet that I own.
I did not actually mean that the Onn is snappier after deleting Walmart bloatware. It's snappier before doing that also. I wrote that the Onn is one of the cleanest Android experiences you can have because there is so little bloatware. (Very different things.)
As for the Onn being snappier, though - I had explicitly stated that the Lenovo is the more powerful tablet. For any kind of sustained loads, there is no comparison. But typical tablet users aren't putting serious sustained stress on their CPUs. When looking at things like apps opening and closing more quickly, the Onn wins. When benchmarking, the Lenovo wins (which is no surprise given the processors in each). Try it yourself - run your favorite benchmarking program on both of them at the same time. The Onn will open the app and start much quicker, even though the benchmarks will favor the Lenovo when they are completed.
As for the Onn being much lighter, I suppose I should've been more specific there also. Your writing suggests you are American, so I'll use Freedom Units for your benefit. Without any kind of case, the Lenovo weighs 1lb 6oz, and the Onn weighs 1lb 7oz. Given that the Onn is, as you write "a MUCH bigger tablet", it feels significantly lighter as that 1oz difference is spread across a "MUCH" greater area. But to be honest, I wasn't thinking of the naked tablets themselves, I was thinking of how I have and use them. With the Lenovo folio cover on the Tab Pro (note, not the keyboard cover, which is even heavier), and the Onn cover on the Onn 13.2", the weights are 2lb 1oz for the Onn, and 2lb 2oz for the Lenovo. So the Onn with cover is truly lighter than the Lenovo with cover, despite it being (again, as you wrote) a MUCH bigger tablet.
As for the displays, we agree that the Onn is brighter (significantly so). And you're correct regarding the resolutions, but this is absolutely irrelevant; they are both more than sharp enough (and I never made any claim about resolution superiority anyway).
You then go on to admit that double the drive space is important, but then make claims about a 256Gb Lenovo Tab Pro to which nobody is comparing the Onn tablet (?).
Regarding updates - the simple fact is that the Onn will get more of them, and for a longer duration, than the Lenovo. Like you, I prefer Firefox and Ublock Origin (as well as some other favorite add-ons and extensions), and use them on every tablet and PC that I own (and I own a bunch) but that is completely irrelevant to the discussion.
It's clear to me that you do not own, and have not used, both tablets.

Now lets start with the speed of the two Tablets. The CPU speed is directly related to how fast an app opens... the faster your CPU the faster an app opens... this is a fact. So NOT ONLY does the Lenovo get higher bench mark scores which you completely agree with. These higher scores directly relates to the SPEED of the tablet. ESPECIALLY when the RAM is equal and hard drive technology is equal.
So I will say it AGAIN... does not matter how much cleaner the OS is (both are very clean), the Lenovo Tab Pro OPENS apps faster then the Onn... this is SCIENCE, this is factual. Now, it may feel to you differently and that is OK and your feelings are not wrong. But in REALITY... again, the Lenovo is faster in every single way.
I stated the specs regarding WEIGHT. From my last post... The Onn 13.2" weights 693 grams and the Lenovo Tab Pro 12.7" weighs 620g. Where do your numbers come from... By the way, I USED GRAMS, you do know the metric system? And you are right about the fact that the Onn is so much bigger and they are almost the same weight. This is due to having an aluminum body vs plastic body which is much lighter. So the Lenovo is aluminum and the Onn is plastic.
About the screen... so you say the Onn is significantly brighter... OK, and the Lenovo is significantly sharper (higher resolution) and significantly smoother (faster refresh rate). So you say BOTH are sharp enough and I say BOTH are bright enough. To me there is not that much difference between 400 - 500, I have a tablet that does 1600 nits.
And back to the SCREEN... the Lenovo supports DOLBY VISION and HDR10+ and the Onn does not support either. SO... the 400-nit display with Dolby Vision and HDR10+ will provide a significantly better, more vibrant, and arguably "brighter-feeling" picture, even if its maximum laboratory-measured brightness is lower... when watching a movie or show that has Dolby Vision OR HDR10+. Think about that.
But the Samsung will last longer regarding security updates.
And did you get the 6GB model, cause this has 8GB of RAM. ALSO, your tablet uses USF 2.2 and this tablet uses USF 3.1 (data read and write speed of your hard drive).
The bloatware on the Samsung is INSANE. The bloatware on the Lenovo is minimal. I am about to post which apps I disabled in my next post.
So the Lenovo is MUCH faster, has more memory (vs 6GB), better hard drive technology, bigger screen, Less bloatware, less spyware,
This tablet IMHO... interms of speed it is equal to the Tab 9 series.... MT8300 is close to sd 8 gen 2.... But I like the OLED screen on the Samsung more and those tablets even secondhand are about $100+ more. And I am not a fan of Samsung, to much bloatware.
I don't have the list of deleted apps. But anything that I don't need such as Netflix and ticktock I deleted. There were not too many.
I disabled... Because you can not delete...
1. Google TV
2. Kids Space
3. PAI
4. Personal Safety
5. Smart Connect
And I deleted about half a dozen apps, maybe less.
Apps like Google TV and Kids Space frequently run background processes to fetch content recommendations. Disabling them immediately stops this background battery and RAM drain. Turning off background utility services like Personal Safety, PAI, and Smart Connect stops active sensor monitoring, which can noticeably extend your device's battery life per charge. Not to mention that people claim these apps are spying on you. PAI is the scary app, it is like Samsung's Appcloud... not only does it spy on you it also installs apps that it thinks you may want in the back ground... Talk about bigbrother watching over you.
The next thing I did was update the tablet... I think it took three updates.
OK... Again... So... the first thing I did was turn on the tablet and I did not connect to the WIFI and I deleted what I did not need and I disabled what I did not need (IMHO, spyware). I then updated the tablet and I think PAI was then installed during one of these three updates, so check your apps one more time after you update the tablet completely.
I suggest not downloading apps based on your phone and account. I suggest downloading them yourself, one app at a time from playstore. The only apps I recommend is "KillApps" and "firefox with Ublock Origin as a addon". And now you have a pretty clean tablet.
To get the most of your tablet I would try and use it like a Chromebook that is only download apps that you truly need and use web pages to do most of your stuff. Apps like Domino's Pizza you don't need. I have no problems buying everything through web pages, I do not even have the Amazon app installed.
My biggest two concerns 1. is the size of the hard drive. At 128 GB of hard drive space it is barely enough and 2. Keeping the tablet crack free so I do buy glass screen protectors usually from AliExpress and I buy a drop proof case.

To answer a question posed earlier, the Onn will get at least 1 major Android update (it ships on Android 16) and 3 years of security updates.
The Lenovo is a more powerful tablet, but for typical everyday use, the Onn is snappier, likely because there is essentially no bloat at all. Uninstall the Walmart app and turn off the instant web games, and this is about as clean an Android tablet as one can buy. It's also significantly lighter than the Lenovo, while having a larger (and brighter) display, and comes with twice the storage. Because of its weight and excellent display, lately I've been pairing it with a Zenbook 14 for a ridiculously portable dual monitor setup.
I find myself using the Onn so much, I'm going to sell my Lenovo Idea Tab Pro and Keyboard cover pack.

MT is not SnapDragon, and emulaiton seems to work better on SD then MT. But this CPU is capable, strong enough to do emulation. And as I stated, there are man youtube videos showing this.
