$50 price hike on Sep 1. Not sure it will stick b/c $500 and no game is nuts. (I have both the 2 and OLED). But if you are thinking ahead for the holidays this may be the be the best deal.

Considering Steam Deck is going up $230-$300, the Switch will still sell. It's the entire computing/gaming industry that's going down the crapper, not just the Switch. But yes if you're eventually going to get one, probably better now than later.

Loving the drop in prices for this console. Nintendo really overstepped on this device, too expensive for too little and games priced in the stratosphere. Nintendo needed a kick in the arse, it's good to see it happening. Still wouldn't buy, key cards are nothing but an insult to the consumer and a boon for Nintendo. Hard pass indeed!

So your ideal price is $300 in this economy where console prices for PS, Steam and Xbox are appreciating each quarter?!! Good luck finding one second hand in marketplace at this price, because I highly doubt any retailer will lower down to your expected amount. May be use the discounted gift cards techniques with existing offer on other sites to get a better deal, not sure though.
