I got smarter as I got older. I used to spend time scrubbing and cleaning and making sure my cookie sheets look nice. I am done with that. I clean them properly but refuse to worry about stains or burns. I JUST REPLACE THEM EVERY 5 YEARS OR SO. I mean really at this price for 5 years that is $4 a year for 3 pans. That comes to less than a penny a day and is my time and effort not worth a little bit? Buy em, use em, cook well, clean em and then re-use them to hold flower pots or cover em with contact paper and have arts and crafts trays or just toss em.

Says carbon steel but is there a nonstick coating on it?

Personally I just cover baking sheets with parchment paper when I use them, so there is no cleanup necessary.

To note, these are steel pans, and will rust. I'd say go aluminum and never deal with rust again; no need to replace them every few years.
