I agree. I was 2.1.1 with a great center but the rest needed to be upgraded. I unfortunately just don't have the room or space for towers, but the large bookshelf's are performing well. Just have to run the wires for rear surrounds now.

Dude. I'm having the exact same issue with the nurse program. I've contacted support and they've given generic advice, and support is emailing but they haven't responded again yet.
Tried multiple devices, multiple browsers, incognito mode, clearing cache, data and cookies, and used the official Shop Samsung app. Id.me verifies nurse status is active. Clicked "reverify" and reverified everything two days ago. My Samsung and Google accounts are not linked. The problem still exists.
