So there is cheaper toilet paper out there, but this is a good deal if you need a toilet paper holder. I assume you could put regular-sized rolls on it too.

With this price, it's similar to a pack of 24 at costco in premium toilet papers.

As a person has noted, this is a decent deal BUT when you want to buy replacement rolls... this is where they get you. So, based on my research, I must say no.
