Can't recommend this printer enough at this price point. Has its quirks like the extruder cover falling off, but it's a work horse. If I didn't have 3 printers I'd jump on another one.

Quality wise, once tuned and calibrated you will be thoroughly impressed.

If you have the money to spend on purge waste, I'd get the AD5X. It's also good for opposite material supports. If it's your first printer, I'd just spend the $140 to dip your toes on the 5M. It's totally worth it.

The AD5X is a really nice 4 color printer at this price point! It has a few quirks, but I really like mine!

If you're slightly technically savvy you can simply just flash the firmware to ZMOD and it works great.

It seems like a lot of people from prior thread including myself received a "can't ship to this address" issues. What would be a workaround for this? I'm on Texas so uncertain what to do. TIA.

workaround from the old thread was you need to be logged in to aliexpress and have your shipping address confirmed in your settings/profile.

Ad5x at 228 is great. Mine had to have a heater replaced but has been lights out for 6 months. Good machine. Don't like the orcaflash thing but I make it work.
