I got it a couple weeks ago and, while I didn't return it, I won't be using it for what I wanted because the pockets and sleeves aren't really the sizes they indicate. The laptop space was too small for my laptop without the corners running up against the underside of the zipper. And while the secondary pocket can hold 8.5 x 11 papers, it won't fit a folder with 8.5 x 11 pages in it.

We also have the Pacsafe Vibe 20L and I bought a few of these to give to family. I'll be returning all but one. Build quality, functionality are below average backpack. They sewed in two d-rings that the zipper pulls snap to, and the pulls look like they'll be easily broken. The water bottle pocket won't accomodate anything larger than a 1L. I wasn't able to adjust the shoulder straps by pulling on the ends while wearing the pack, and the shoulder strap security release is difficult to manipulate.
