This is an excellent deal. Lowest price on a refurb so far. I purchased a refurb from eBay a few months back for a bit more than this price. There were no scratches or signs of use on the unit. Fan grill was clean. Came in a regular retail box. The unit itself is very impressive. Handles the inrush current from a large fridge without issue. The UPS switchover is very fast, without any light flicker that you see in some other UPSs. I believe the 10ms switchover is probably not a lie. The app is much improved over the old "AC" series models. Now data is persisted (thru the cloud). You can also set it up to load shifting, i.e., charging at a certain period and discharging at another period. This is a new feature. Efficiency is also excellent, with AC bypass efficiency around 96.4% and AC inverter efficiency at 86% which is quite good.

Does it include import / duty fees?

I heard horror stories of people ordering from Aliexpress and when the item gets delivered the shipping company ask for a huge fee.

The price is right but I've heard of a lot of bad units and dismissive customer support with Bluetti.

I still have an option to cancel yesterday's Jackery order but wont. Would rather have 1500W new than 1800W refurb, YMMV.

I own several Bluetti and EcoFlow units, along with a few Anker power stations, but this is the one I trust for my most critical applications. It serves as the UPS for my server, router, and PoE switches that power all of my access points and security cameras.

I chose this model because it offers the largest capacity and the best feature set that still fits inside my compact network cabinet. Even though it wasn't my first choice, it has proven to be exceptionally reliable and rock solid.

For my use case, its best feature is the ability to remember its last power state. If the battery becomes depleted and utility power or solar charging returns, all outlets automatically turn back on without any manual intervention. Older units such as the AC200L do not have this capability. Many newer models, such as the APEX 300, now offer the same feature, as do my EcoFlow Delta 3 Pro and a smaller Anker unit.

At its current price, I would absolutely consider buying another one.
