These are basically the same that you get your halal food in it. I like the ones with lid attached to it and surprisingly they click really tight over and over again and also microwave safe. Please save those for your storage needs and try to carry a few in your bag or vehicle so you can reuse them when you buy your meals again. This will help a lot to minimize carbon footprint

Are you suggesting to hand your containers from home to the restaurants for them to put your food in?

"Microwave safe" vomit

That is a farce.

Minimizing "carbon footprint" and these should not be used in the same sentence.

If you really want to stop destroying the environment or your body, get yourself some decent reusable glass or at least Tritan containers. Something that doesn't leech plastic into your food and become brittle after each reuse.

We need to vote with our wallets and stop buying this disposable plastic toxic junk.

This is a good price but I would never microwave food in these plastic containers. But these are great to put for example a sandwich and a bag of apples or salad or even just snacks like crackers in for work or school. Keeps them from becoming smashed . And in some situations, you may not be able to carry the empty container home so it is disposable.
Of course glass would be ideal but some people have to commute on public transportation for an hour or more and walk .. so glass becomes very heavy.
Imagine carrying your laptop and a glass container everyday and having to stand in a train for two hours or more round trip.
Good price but everyone has a different situation.

I'm also a bit weary of 'microwave safe' disposable plastic containers (actually microwaving food in them)
