Edit: I called PC Richard and they took care of it over the phone without trouble at all. Great company! Orig post: I ordered one for $950 from them (from a deal posted here), I saw it on sale on Amazon for $900, emailed their support over a week ago to ask for a price match (that they offer in their policies) and never heard back. Product is great and got to me on time, but something to be aware of. Maybe I'll hear from them eventually...
