The bottom isn't rubberized and the magnets aren't super strong so I expect this to get scratched after regular use and possibly slide down things that aren't super magnetic. You have to make sure it's fully in the magnetic clip holder as I've had it snap in there at an angle and fall off. There's no USB-C port cover so you may want to order a bunch separately so you don't get dirt or sand in there. I own dozens and dozens of lights and was actually developing something like this for kickstarter but Sofirn beat me to the punch. It's a really good first attempt at something with this form factor and their warranty reps are usually helpful if you run into any issues.
