I mean, it was $5 for 20 years. Now it's $6 in most places. I wouldn't call an average price increase of less than 1% a year bad.
It's a 16.6% discount from the current standard price in many places. It's up to you if you think a 16.6% discount is a "great deal" or not.

Are you in a region where Little Caesars is operated by Sizzling Platter/Bain Capital PE? They operate 450 LCs in Utah and other Western/Rocky Mountain states, plus Mexico (though I doubt the code works there).
