Filament is def coming down in price and jayo is solid with reusable spools. At least the silk pack I bought was good

Are there any other filament manufacturers who give the extra 100 like jayo does? Makes the math to figure out the deals a little more detailed lol but I appreciate the extra regardless. But don't think I've seen any other makers do that (besides obviously like the 3 and 5k spools)

I get great results from the Jayo matte, silk, and dual color PLA I've bought in various deals, but their basic black and white consistently break inside of my bowden tubes if left for more than a day. 2 rolls of each but from the same shipment so maybe just a bad lot, but i just can't bring myself to try again with other brands being competitively priced.

Can someone educate me on what makes a good deal on filament? Is it price per KG? Does brand/quality/material/color also come into play? I ask because it seems like there are a million different offerings on AliExpress for filament, and they all seem similar, and to add even more confusion, the deals that make it to SD FP don't immediately stand out as being special compared to all the rest. At least not to a noob like me.
