1. Sometimes the water will not come out of the mop mechanism, this is especially if it hasn't been used. I eventually fixed it messing with the tubes and the plunger that is supposed to open to release the water and making it dock multiple times to do the "watering cycle". This is well documented online as a fix.
2. If you have speaker stands or other low 'feet' on desks and such it will make a racket and take its time stumbling over the thing, it eventually gets around.
3.The software works but its basic. Wish I had finer control over the areas deemed carpet or the ability to rescan just a room for a furniture shift. You have to rescan the whole house if you have a major shift in furniture.
Now the good. We have 4 cats, and sometimes litter and fur is on the ground. I would have lost my mind trying to keep the house clean. The vacuum is worth this price alone just for the alexa integration and how well it does clean. It can mop too which I used when I first moved in while I was wet mopping using a Tineco myself. It's great, for 100 bucks I don't mind it's quirks but I get it if you don't wanna deal with it. I bought myself a backup I liked it so much just in case this one dies.
