Anyone use these to charge their laptops, iPhones and Apple Watches all at once? Are you encountering any issues?

Probably dont want to do that.
Your laptop requires much higher wattage (45W-90W) which equals to 15V x 3A at minimum. The other devices most likely do 5V x 1A to 5V x 3A max. So the chances of frying your smaller devices are really high since I seriously doubt the cable and regulate/negotiate the correct Voltage and Amperage for each device.
