For what it's worth, I was able to register my refurb Delta 3 unit from the previous deal for the 3 year warranty in the Ecoflow app. Just uploaded a screenshot of my receipt and it was approved. Don't know if they'll honor it though...

YES the Delta 3 has one expansion port. (Delta 3 Classic does not)

If it has solar, it has expansion. Don't get their manufactured batteries. Get something different like the Eco-worthy 280ah (~60lbs) that runs sometimes for $220 and can get hooked up through the solar port if you don't have their (Ecoflow's) alternator charger (which is NICE 👌 ). <- That can charge the external batteries and, vise versa, the batteries can charge the Ecoflow. No need for an alternator.

I was just wondering if you could plug a 12v battery into the solar or other charging port to basically expand it. Good to know.

I believe this is incorrect. Delta 3 has expansion and a full array of ports, Delta 3 Classic does not. This doesn't say Classic anywhere so it should, if it is the regular Delta 3 (not Classic).

Delta 3 1500 is $409 from their eBay store with discount code, 1536Wh. That's 50% more capacity for an additional $40, and the best Wh/$ ratio for official Ecoflow refurbs right now. The Delta 3 Max is $639, 2048Wh.
