I got these the last time. They do run slightly narrow.

What brands do you usually run in? Saucony generally runs wide and especially the Hurricane to accommodate orthotics.

I read that and that's why I ordered it. I usually run Brooks or NB.

For anyone looking at these..
  • They are a stability shoe, but much milder compared to most stability shoes. If you run in neutral runners, you can run in these with no noticeable issues other than some extra weight.
  • They are a premium PEBA foam, compared to the clunkers from Brooks/Hoka/Cheap adidas stuff you see posted on here. The exceptions are Adidas Bostons and Adios Evo SL/Pro 4 that sometimes pop up under $90.
  • They will feel stiff in store because the PWRRUN PB foam takes a ~10 runs or 30 running miles to break in.
  • These are great for walking and long runs, but not tempo/threshold (fast) running because they are heavy.

Gotcha. I do find them narrower than NB (even the race shoes) but wider than Brooks "D" last on the Ghost.

I found these guys an excellent resource to tell if a shoe's got the room for orthotics: https://www.doctorsofrunning.com/
