I don't have this exact model. There are rebrands of this bike all over the place. I have the very similar looking seat only (no pedals) scooter version. Wheels, handlebars, seat, accessories, light, are all identical. Mine advertised a 500w motor with 750 peak wattage and 48v 15ah battery for just over $200. So I'm guessing the motors are the same as well.
So assuming they are the same, this would be fine as a little commuter bike. But you must factor in your size and weight. I'm 180 and sometimes ride with my 7 year old daughter on the little back seat. It pulls the two of us fine at close to 20mph on a flat surface. Battery seems to last a very long time. Ride is comfortable enough. It definitely suffers going up hills. Pulls me at about 8-9 mph by myself. More 6-8 with my daughter. Still lots of fun to ride. We have a blast on it. This one having pedals would help a lot on the hills.
But if you're looking for a considerably better riding experience and still want to keep it cheap. The Urlife E20 is a huge upgrade for a little over $100 more. But if you really want something small and light this one might not be too bad...

Do you really need a compact folding model?
The price is very attractive, but there are compromises abound when comparing to non-folding models. Just wheel size alone, bigger wheels make bumps smaller.
