I know is over double the price, but the MX-7 has better performance in several areas while still maintaining non-conductivity. That said, we're still talking under $8.
I have a corsair titan 360 aio and used the included corsair paste when installing, with a 9800x3d temps were up and down constantly due to the chip design, even just sitting around watching youtube sometimes it would spike to 55-60c, then quickly lower down. switched cases and used mx4 for the aio, temps as a whole stay down lower and I don't get nearly as many spikes over 60c that used to cause my fans to spike and drove me nuts.
