Hurricane fall out special. I'm living on the edge of the hurricane zone outside of Athens, Georgia. In my 50+ years in Georgia, we've been nailed by two hurricanes, Opal in 1996 and Helene in 2024, that knocked out power for a few days each. I've got a generator for the bigger stuff, but having a rechargeable fan or two can make sleeping tolerable when the power goes out. Stack it now and thank me later . . .

So... this is a hard question to answer and thank you for your question.

If it takes 10 hours to charge and now it takes 5 hours to charge... is this considered fast charging?

If it takes 100 hours to charge and now it takes 40 hours to charge... is this considered fast charging?

Or at what wattage do you say... NOW I AM FAST CHARGING?

Thing is... you should keep this between 40 - 60 percent... unless you are using it.

Ad says 18w fast charging.
According to a same day, similar product post on SD, theirs is 5w charging, and no remote control.
I don't see the need for a remote for a fan this size, (and some of the pics show a smart device, which means a need to download an app?) but I do see a need for 18w + for charging speed.
I also think $50 for this is too steep a price for what it is.

Yeah, I'd be in closer to $19.99 for this thing. $50 too rich for my blood for a rechargeable fan.

Rather have the Milwaukee M18 fan as you can swap batteries and is close to this price regularly.

Sorry pal. You might be thinking you are being smart and trying a gotcha moment on me. What you are talking about "relativity," our nearest solar neighbor Proxima Centauri is 4.5 light years (about 70,000 earth yrs away on fastest space ship of today) but Mars is barely a fraction of that away. But, both are beyond reach. My point was, with present technology, such as high level phones are now charging within minutes compared to hours years ago, if this 5 hrs charge for such a relatively small device is reasonable (my kaput low grade Bolt takes 3 hours to fully charge in winter. Why is this small battery taking twice as much for such a low power usage. Thats all was my point.

First of all... I BELIEVE in aliens. So don't talk to me about Mars. But I am more about the Alpha Centauri System personally.

Now... do I have to give you a lesson on how to fold space? You have NO CLUE what is out of our reach.

So you used the words... within minutes... so I will assume you mean TWO MINUTES. TELL ME OF ONE PHONE THAT CHARGES FROM ZERO TO 100 IN TWO MINUTES.

Look, I understand you like to exaggerate or lie... OK, AND I am calling you out.

OH... and here are some TRUE FACTS... If your Chevy Bolt battery is kaput and near 0% charge, a full charge will take about 60 hours on a standard 120V outlet, 7 to 9 hours on a 240V Level 2 home charger, and just over 1 hour (10% to 80%) on a DC Fast Charger.

And that's called "figure of speech" which is used to get a point across, not meant to be taken "literally." and I used it to get my point across. "Figure of speech", "relativity", and "literally" are few lessons, I hope, you learned today. Gotch you today !!!! Lol and lol...lol
