These break easily and JBL warranty support was worthless. I had 3 of these. Also, this model has Bluetooth issues with iPhone 17. JBL does not want to address the Bluetooth issue. You can search the internet and read about other struggling with this issue. I won't be purchasing anymore JBL gear. The Boombox 4 apparently does not have these same issues with iPhone 17.

JBL's website's product pages also reject negative or even neutral reviews. Which a decade ago one of their recertified products of course came with a battery that only worked about 40 minutes. Which even for a low price, in hindsight I should probably have sent them back

It's funny how many people think a brand name makes something good, even this JBL junk company. Their 200$ headphones aren't much better than some no name 30-40$ set. All a company had to do is charge a lot for products and stupid people believe that Is high quality.

I picked one up that was supposedly "excellent." It had scrapes and scratches through the body. But my main issue was that the bluetooth was acting really funny. For example, even when I kept on trying to disconnect, it would reconnect by itself. And then it would skip sounds. So I returned it.

EDIT: found one in Paramus, curious to see if they actually have it and the order gets picked.
Also found a glitch with the best buy website: for some reason, it thinks that the Pacoima, CA store is 23 miles away from ZIP 10040 in NYC.
