This is much better because it is unlimited priority (premium) data.

I have 4 phones on it. The customer service is much better than it was before but there are a few more glitchy things that sometimes just don't work on their service. I had a couple of phones that they never could get to work with a BYOP plan. I ended up buying a couple of their branded phones at $100 each. I would have preferred to not but the ROI wasn't terrible.

Definitely has more negative anecdotes on /r/nocontract usually about porting issues, billing issues that take forever to resolve, etc. Visible isn't perfect but seems to have fewer issues and it's only $5 more for priority data if you add someone to your "circle." So I've been tempted by saving $5 per month but other people's headaches with Total give me pause.

the new plan has 10gb roaming where visible give 12 days of the year for roaming. need to read on more to decide if it is feasible to switch to TW.

Not bad. US Mobile is worth considering though. I pay $25/mo, and you get to choose your network with them, and can even switch networks, and there's a multi-network add-on if you travel a lot or happen to frequent areas where one network or another have poor service. Highly-rated customer service, too.
