These Wolverine pull-on Wellington work boots stand out for comfort, easy on and off wear, and strong value at the deal price. The boots are described as soft, comfortable enough for long workdays, and suitable for both slip-on and lace-up styles, with one long-term wearer saying they hold up about a year in refinery work. Break-in takes about a week, and the factory insole may flatten over time. Fit is the main concern, with reports of sizing running long and the midfoot feeling tight, so checking the size guide matters.
Ranch and construction workers who want a soft pull-on boot, because it feels comfortable in daily wear and can be easy to slip on.
Workers who need long-term support and rebuildable construction, because the glued build can wear out quickly and lacks the support of fully rebuildable boots.
They can feel very soft and comfortable right away, and one wearer called them the comfiest work cowboy boots after using Justin and Ariat. Another report says break-in takes about a week of daily wear before they feel fully settled.
Sizing can run long and the fit can be tight through the middle of the boot. One report says a 10.5 regular measured about 13 inches long, and the sizing guide suggested ordering much smaller than the foot length would imply, so checking Wolverine's chart before buying is important.
In heavy refinery and craft work, they may last about 1 year, while cement-constructed boots are generally expected to last 2-3 years. The deal is attractive for buyers who would rather replace a $70-$75 pair than spend $300+ on boots that wear out quickly.
This is really a great deal across the board. I buy these all the time for my husband. Great boots. I bought 2 different pairs just now. Slip on and lace up. He already owns both. Worth the money.
How is anything which requires continuous replacement a slick deal? Even if they were free the irreversible orthopedic consequences from wearing cheap footgear put the total cost out of my reach. PNW hand sewn all leather stitched down constructed boots give unmatched support, all day comfort, are custom fitted, are fully rebuildable and last 30 years.

How are these real work boots? MERICCCCAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!
Not everyone goes to work in the forest fighting Wildlands fires so White's in Spokane builds boots for every kind of work. Wesco Jobmasters are a good all around work boot for farm, ranch, construction but nothing beats Whites for comfort and support.

Stuffs that last a long time are expensive and hard to find. Boots with cement construction are good for 2-3 years. I still use my $150 Wolverine goodyear welt boot from 1996.
code doesnt work anymore.. and it did about 10 minutes ago.. i added it.. price went down to $70 tried to pay for it.. and the website said i was blocked.. tried going back in a few times.. kept saying i was blocked.. finally got back in... code doesnt work anymore.. they must of thought they were too cheap.. and wanted to stop people from getting them at $70 (edit) it does work now again but only on some of the lower models..
when before it worked on most of them

That's fine. If your glued stuffed boots last you 3 years then you don't need a work boot. The orthopedic consequences for me far outweigh any meager saving from wearing boots with cardboard midsoles and zero support. Its all about the support and preventing injury not just lasting a long time. PNW boots aren't hard to find. Buy them direct. They are 100% leather except for the Vibram and they are fully rebuildable. Bought many pairs used and sent them out for a resole or a rebuild. . Ideally you get both feet measured and each boot is made to fit. Whites keeps your measurements on file. I can buy any used pair my size or larger and Whites removes everything below the uppers and rebuilds them to my specs on the proper last ( form ). Check out their web site. $250 to $450 depending on what you want done. For those who do not require the support of their hand sewn Whites offers Goodyear welted machine stitched for a lot less.

I work in Refinaries, in the craft I'm in I abuse my boots. Yes you can get a quality boot but to me any boot will last me 3months to 1 year, in the craft I'm in it eats the bottom if the material is too soft. So I don't see myself spending 300+ on boots if it's going to just last me 1 year, I've had Justin's last 3 months, brazos 6 months, Ariat 1 year, Wolverine 1 year. So I've had a lot of boots through the years, so $75 for a pair of Wolverine boots it's a deal for me since I know it will last me a year.
And what do they recommend in this price range and not by some bespoke mustache twirling cobbler located in a cottage in some remote mountain range that you can only contact by sending carrier pigeon, wait a year on the list then be "lucky enough" to pay just $800 for the pleasure of doing business with them and their old school forgotten techniques?
I've bought some Rose Anvil recommended boots and HATED them and bought a cheap pair of Wolverines and Loved them. It all depends on how it fits your foot. I'm also convinced that "Rose Anvil" has little girly feet and doesn't actually work in his boots.
