Output speed is 45W, but input speed is only 30W. 12.8 ounce weight is lighter than I expected for 20000mAh.

In order to travel with a Power Bank on trains/airplanes in China, they need to have a CCC certification, otherwise they'll confiscated it.
So it only matters if you are planning to travel in China

I want to get this but one the reviewers said they tested it in a battery charger and it wasn't anywhere near the claims

I got this on the last deal. Definitely fast charging and enough output to charge my laptop too. The cable loops are a strange design choice, but overall happy with the purchase. Used it on my international trip and 20000 is a nice upgrade. Don't have to worry about charging it every time I get back to my hotel room.
