Since you can use mulitple receipts to qualify, you could just go with the $43 and find something useful on sale at your grocery store, or add some household items in the P&G line at Walgreens to your order above that are a good deal.
The good news is, if you have a lot of Wags cash, you could apply $20 in Wags cash to the above and not impact anything (new Wags cash or spend towards $50 P&G)

Not getting it either. Checked the coupon page. Tried app and browser on desktop. Tried incognito mode. Tried with VPN enabled and disabled.
