To my understanding, this is the new standard price for this tool. Does anyone know more about Home Depot price listings to confirm this?

Yup, according to slickdeals price intelligence, $99 is has generally been a most common price last 1.5 years. https://jumpshare.com/s/9Auf7Al8Pipt6mOAa0lc

I've used both - the brushless is a little better, but this one works well too. I prefer it to the DeWalt cordless brad nailer.

I have the brushless and it is really good. I'd hold out for a good deal on that tbf

I bought this for $99 during covid. Surprised to see it has stayed at the same price for 6 years or even more. Not complaining, just amazed that inflation didn't hit power tools.

I have use the brushed version model P320 to install trim and quarter round in a 3900sqft home. No major issues. Brushed vs Brushless..I prefer brushless tools, but do you want to spend $99 or $199? As a diy'er with light tool use brushed was fine. If I did this work for a living and/or had a larger tool budget, I may consider brushless for this tool.

If you prefer the brushless, this deal is hackable and makes the price of the tool $99. Same price as the brushed.

Pretty solid tool. I got mine for $100 ~3 years ago. I wouldn't mind the brushless, but it works well enough that I have no need to upgrade.

Note: using in cooler temps can lead to mis-fires / the pin not resetting. A little bit of lune and keeping it warm go a long way. I was surprised at how often I use the Brad nailer.

See that "Free with Purchase" in the upper left of the product picture? Click full details and in the second segment on the right you'll see "Get this item free with purchase" and "Shop this offer". Click on the latter and the One+ 18v Lithium Ion HIGH PERFORMA NCE Starter Kit for $199.00 will show up as the one qualifying product. Select that, add to cart and check out.

The nailer and the battery starter kit show up in your cart as two separate $99 items. The "hack" is to return the battery starter kit for a $99 refund ("Oops, Mr/Ms service desk attendant, I didn't realize until I got home that I already had 8 Ryobi batteries" and keep the brushless nailer for the balance of your purchase - $99.

At least that's how the hack is supposed to work. I've picked up chatter in other Ryobi deal threads that Home Depot is cracking down on this practice. Anyone who's successfully executed this hack in the past week care to chime in?
