Can anyone suggest really nice higher end ratchet and socket sets that might actually be worth the premium or in a similar tier ?

High end Ko-Ken z series sockets, ratchets, nut grip sockets and extension. Pretty much everything Ko-Ken minus the low tooth ratchets which are nice but I prefer higher tooth count. KTC Tools swivel head ratchet is best narrowest swivel head and Nepros for stubby ratchets. I'm looking at Facom extendable ratchet and a 711 mini flex head but ratchet. I have a ratchet addiction, well a tool addiction.

Milwaukee sockets are good sockets. The square socket makes it great for using a wrench on them but Ko-Ken nut grips are another level. Better than snap-on and their ratchets have z to back drag. Nepros ratchets are like a work are art but have some back drag. Definitely get the KTC swivel head cost around $70 on A site, you won't regret it. Get the large one there's three different sizes.
