I have a case that looks similar to this for my android phone. It may sound crazy but I mainly got it for privacy reasons. My mother insisted on taking so many pictures when I was growing up I ended up very camera shy. Now that I'm older I understand wanting all those pictures but still have that lingering dislike of having my picture taken and cameras in general.
By taping a piece of paper inside the kickstand I turned it into a physical cover on a hinge for the back camera. I was even able to leave a hole so the flashlight is still always available. For the front camera I use a tiny piece of painters tape. I love that the tape is basically the same as the sticky part of post-it-notes, no residue left behind and decently reusable for a time.
